These terms explain how Travinger works and the rules for using our website and eSIM data plans. By buying or using a Travinger eSIM, you agree to them. We’ve kept the language plain on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us at support@travinger.com.
1. Who we are
Travinger (“Travinger”, “we”, “us” or “our”) sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for international travel through travinger.com. Our full registered business details are available on request at support@travinger.com.
2. Who can buy
You need to be at least 18 (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and able to enter a binding contract. Please give us accurate information when you order — especially a valid email address, because that’s how your eSIM is delivered.
3. What we provide
We provide data-only eSIM plans that connect your device to partner mobile networks at your destination. Our plans do not include a phone number for regular calls or text messages. You can still call and message over the internet using apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime or Telegram. Coverage, network availability and speed depend on the local partner networks and are outside our direct control.
4. Your device
It’s your responsibility to make sure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before you buy. You can check yours on our Compatible Phones page. We can’t refund a plan simply because a device turns out to be locked or incompatible, so please check first.
5. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and plans at any time, but changes won’t affect an order you’ve already paid for. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send an order confirmation and your eSIM by email.
6. Delivery
Everything is digital. After a successful payment we email your QR code and setup instructions, usually within a few minutes. There’s nothing to ship. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, confirm the email on your order, and contact us if you still need it.
7. Activation and validity
Install your eSIM before you travel while on Wi-Fi. Your plan’s validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, and each plan’s data allowance and number of days are shown on its product page. When your data or validity runs out, the plan simply stops — there are no automatic charges.
8. Acceptable use
Please use your eSIM lawfully and only for your own personal use. You may not resell it, use it for spam or illegal activity, or use it in a way that disrupts partner networks. Some plans include reasonable fair-use limits or speed management to keep the network fair for everyone; where they apply, we’ll show them on the product page.
9. Coverage, speed and networks
Travinger relies on local partner networks to deliver your data. We work to offer reliable coverage, but we can’t guarantee a specific speed, uninterrupted service, or coverage in every location, as these depend on the partner networks and local conditions.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Because eSIMs are digital, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund Policy for the full details of when a refund is and isn’t available.
11. Intellectual property
The Travinger name, logo, website content and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Our service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travinger is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by your device, your home carrier, or the partner networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is permitted, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur because you’ve misused the service or broken these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. If you keep using Travinger after an update, that counts as accepting the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Travinger’s place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We’d always rather sort out any concern directly first — please email us before taking any formal step.
